• Outstanding fees become immediately due
• We will provide reasonable assistance with transition
• Confidential information obligations continue

Intellectual Property

Our Property

Client Data

You retain all rights to your business data, customer information, and other content you provide. We will not use your data except as necessary to provide services to you.

Work Product

CRM configurations, workflows, and automations created specifically for your business are your property. Our methodologies, frameworks, and general tools remain our property.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial information, customer data, and technical implementations.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We make no guarantees regarding specific revenue outcomes, as results depend on many factors outside our control.

Website Disclaimer

Our website and informational content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellstruct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
